These terms explain what you can expect from us when you shop at Primitiva, and what we expect from you. We have kept them as short and clear as we can.

02Applicability

These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement between Primitiva and you as a customer. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Wholesale customers are subject to the additional terms under Wholesale.

03Offers and prices

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

A single sleeve costs €22. When you combine any three plants in a 3-pack you get 15% off the total, and every extra plant added to a 3-pack gets 20% off.

Obvious mistakes in prices or product information do not bind us.

04Ordering

The agreement is concluded once you have completed your order and received our order confirmation by email.

05Payment

You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods offered, such as iDEAL or credit card. Payments are processed securely by Mollie.

06Delivery

We ship orders from the Netherlands within 1 working day. Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is €3.99 and free from €50. Other countries: €5.99, free from €100.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered. See Delivery & returns for rates and delivery times.

07Right of withdrawal and returns

You may cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 30 days after receiving your order. The costs of returning the products are for your account. This is longer than the 14 days required by law.

Food supplements can only be returned unopened and in their original seal, for reasons of health and hygiene.

We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days after receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method. How to return: see Delivery & returns.

08Complaints

Something not right with your order? Let us know via the contact page within 5 days of delivery. We reply within 8 working hours and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.

09Use of our products

Our products are food supplements. They are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. Keep out of reach of young children.

10Wholesale

Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses after approval. The minimum first order is €100.

Wholesale prices and payment terms are shared after approval. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.

11Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

12Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.
