Pack it up
Put the sleeves in their original seal in a sturdy box or envelope.

Send it back
Ship it to Primitiva, Radarweg 29, 1043NX Amsterdam, Netherlands, and keep your proof of shipment.

Get your refund
We refund you within 14 days after we receive your return.
Good to know
- Sleeves must be unopened and in their original seal.
- Return shipping costs are paid by you.
- Returned part of a 3-pack? We recalculate the discount on what you keep.
Refunds
We refund the full amount you paid for the returned products, including the original shipping costs, to the same payment method you used. You’ll get an email as soon as the refund is on its way.
