We are responsible for processing your personal data as described in this policy.
02What data we collect
When you order: name, address, email address, phone number (optional), order details and payment status.
With an account: your login details, saved addresses and order history.
When you contact us: your name, email address, order number and message.
Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up.
Wholesale applications: company details, VAT number and contact person.
03Why we use it
To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of the agreement).
To answer your questions (legitimate interest).
To send our newsletter (consent — you can unsubscribe at any time).
To meet legal obligations, such as keeping our accounts.
04Who we share it with
We only share data with parties that help us run the shop: our payment provider Mollie, carriers PostNL, DPD and GLS, and our hosting provider Hostinger. We never sell your data.
05How long we keep it
We keep order data for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Contact messages are deleted 1 year after your question is answered.
06Cookies
We use functional cookies to make the shop work, such as your cart and login. We use analytics cookies from Google Analytics, with anonymised IP addresses, and only after you give consent via our cookie banner.
07Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its use and to receive a copy of it. Send your request via the contact page. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
08Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including a secure (HTTPS) connection.
