Ingredients
Temulawak, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, lime, kencur and lemongrass, ground and pressed. 120 pills of 250 mg (30 g per sleeve).
How to use
Take 1–2 pills a day with your main meal, with a glass of water. One sleeve lasts 2–4 months.

About Jamu
Jamu is Indonesia's centuries-old herbal tradition. The name is often traced to the old Javanese words djampi (healing with plants) and oesodo (health). Jamu is never a single herb, but a blend.
Ours combines eight herbs in a recipe refined over generations. The herbs are grown in North Lombok, and experienced herbalists decide when each one is harvested and in what ratio they are blended.

What is in a Primitiva pill?
Just plants, ground and pressed. No fillers, no additives, no artificial binders. Three are blends: Rosella & Amla (80% rosella, 20% amla), Turmeric & Pepper (90% turmeric, 10% black pepper) and Jamu (eight Indonesian herbs). Every sleeve is vacuum-packed and keeps up to 2 years when stored dry and dark.
How many pills should I take per day?
It depends on the plant: from 1–2 pills a day for Jamu to 5–6 for Turmeric & Pepper. You’ll find the exact dose on each product page. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
