Ingredients
80% rosella flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa) and 20% amla fruit (Phyllanthus emblica), ground and pressed. 180 pills of 250 mg (45 g per sleeve).
How to use
Take 5–6 pills a day, split between morning and afternoon, with a glass of water, preferably between meals. Do not take more than 8 pills a day. One sleeve lasts about 1 month.

About Rosella & Amla
Rosella thrives in Lombok's heat. Local families pick the deep-red calyxes early in the morning, just after they open, when their colour is at its deepest.
The flowers and the amla fruits are dried separately and only then blended, 80 to 20, with nothing added. Across Southeast Asia, rosella is best known as a tart, ruby-red tea.

What is in a Primitiva pill?
Just plants, ground and pressed. No fillers, no additives, no artificial binders. Three are blends: Rosella & Amla (80% rosella, 20% amla), Turmeric & Pepper (90% turmeric, 10% black pepper) and Jamu (eight Indonesian herbs). Every sleeve is vacuum-packed and keeps up to 2 years when stored dry and dark.
How many pills should I take per day?
It depends on the plant: from 1–2 pills a day for Jamu to 5–6 for Turmeric & Pepper. You’ll find the exact dose on each product page. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
