Ingredients
100% Phyllanthus emblica fruit powder, pressed. 180 pills of 250 mg (45 g per sleeve).
How to use
Take 4–6 pills a day, spread over the morning and afternoon, with a glass of water. Sensitive stomach? Take them with food. Do not take more than 8 pills a day. One sleeve lasts 4–6 weeks.

About Amla
Amla, also called Indian gooseberry, is a small, sour green fruit. In Ayurveda it has been valued for thousands of years as one of the classic rasayana herbs.
The tropical climate of Lombok suits the amla tree well. The fresh fruit is too sour for most people, so we dry it gently and grind the whole fruit into a powder.

What is in a Primitiva pill?
Just plants, ground and pressed. No fillers, no additives, no artificial binders. Three are blends: Rosella & Amla (80% rosella, 20% amla), Turmeric & Pepper (90% turmeric, 10% black pepper) and Jamu (eight Indonesian herbs). Every sleeve is vacuum-packed and keeps up to 2 years when stored dry and dark.
How many pills should I take per day?
It depends on the plant: from 1–2 pills a day for Jamu to 5–6 for Turmeric & Pepper. You’ll find the exact dose on each product page. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
