Ingredients
90% turmeric root (Curcuma longa) and 10% black pepper (Piper nigrum), ground and pressed. 180 pills of 250 mg (45 g per sleeve).
How to use
Take 5–6 pills a day, spread over your meals, with a glass of water. Best taken with a meal that contains some fat. Do not take more than 10 pills a day. One sleeve lasts about 1 month.

About Turmeric & Pepper
Our turmeric grows in the volcanic soil of Lombok. The roots are harvested at 7–10 months, then washed, boiled, dried and ground — a traditional process that keeps the deep colour and softens the bitterness.
We add 10% black pepper, the classic pairing from Indonesian and Indian kitchens. No extracts, no additives.

What is in a Primitiva pill?
Just plants, ground and pressed. No fillers, no additives, no artificial binders. Three are blends: Rosella & Amla (80% rosella, 20% amla), Turmeric & Pepper (90% turmeric, 10% black pepper) and Jamu (eight Indonesian herbs). Every sleeve is vacuum-packed and keeps up to 2 years when stored dry and dark.
How many pills should I take per day?
It depends on the plant: from 1–2 pills a day for Jamu to 5–6 for Turmeric & Pepper. You’ll find the exact dose on each product page. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
