100% Zingiber officinale root powder, pressed. 180 pills of 250 mg (45 g per sleeve).
How to use
Take 5–6 pills a day, spread over your meals, with a glass of water. Travelling? Take 2–3 pills about an hour before you leave. One sleeve lasts about 1 month.

About Ginger
Ginger grows well in Lombok. We harvest the roots at about one year old: young enough to be fresh and pungent, old enough to be full of flavour.
The roots are dried and pressed into pills, nothing else. Ginger has been part of Asian cooking and traditional herbal use for thousands of years.

What is in a Primitiva pill?
Just plants, ground and pressed. No fillers, no additives, no artificial binders. Three are blends: Rosella & Amla (80% rosella, 20% amla), Turmeric & Pepper (90% turmeric, 10% black pepper) and Jamu (eight Indonesian herbs). Every sleeve is vacuum-packed and keeps up to 2 years when stored dry and dark.
How many pills should I take per day?
It depends on the plant: from 1–2 pills a day for Jamu to 5–6 for Turmeric & Pepper. You’ll find the exact dose on each product page. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
